That is the kind of passion and optimism Tracy brings to her career as a Realtor, and in her life. Her ability to look at situations from the other person’s perspective makes this agent great at hearing and obtaining just what her clients are trying to accomplish. As a negotiator she understands that there are humans on both ends of a real estate transaction. Tracy has learned that in life it can be tough finding a way to achieve what you really want; but nothing ventured, nothing gained. That is a big reason why she loves being someone that has the opportunity to help people achieve homeownership. Her clients feel confident knowing that her knowledge and dedication will help them through the sometimes-overwhelming process of a real estate transaction.
Tracy got her start in healthcare. She graduated University of Oregon with a degree in Human Physiology and after travelling the world settled down in a job in the Operating Room. After working 4 years in Portland, Oregon she decided to travel for work to experience all this incredible country has to offer. She has lived in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Arizona, Iowa, Rhode Island, and Louisiana. After moving to Boise on a travel nursing contract, she not only fell in love with the Treasure Valley but after meeting her teammate, mentor, and friend, Erin at Zen Real Estate; she felt sure it was finally her time to follow her dream and get her real estate license. Tracy is most proud about achieving her real estate license, despite the sacrifice required to go through with it. With Erin’s help she was able to leave her job in the operating room and has become a well-rounded Realtor that practices with a proactive and ethical mindset. With her Type A personality, love of organization, dedication to timelines, along with the fact that Tracy is very driven, outgoing, and cheerful; we at ReDefined are confident in her performance for her clients’ goals and in our industry as a whole.
The first home she ever purchased was a townhome, which was perfect for her and her rescue terrier, Frodo. Buying her first house was ignited by being tired of paying rent and she wanted something that was her own. Going through that process herself, she wants to make sure that her clients feel like no matter what price range or what area they are searching in, that they are important to her. It’s not the budget, it’s the desire and the human right to feel heard and receive honest feedback. She will give you all the information you need to try and keep you from buying a bad home. That’s the kind of honesty and education she wants her clients to feel after working with her.
“I know it’s an answer that everyone gives but spending my spare time with my family is what makes me the happiest”- Tracy. She admits she does find immense joy in swinging in the hammock with just about any kind of book, building furniture, paddle boarding, dirt bike riding, camping, playing with her dogs, meeting with friends downtown, or doing yoga. But all those things mean more to her when they are done with her family and loved ones.
Tracy hopes that she can live everyday with compassion. Learning from and bringing joy to the people in her life. Though Tracy’s superpower to heal people has not manifested yet, she will continue to support places like our local hospitals. She still works part time for St. Luke’s. Tracy also supports St. Jude and ASPCA while volunteering with hospice to give back when she can.
We feel pride and confidence knowing that when you work with Tracy you are going to feel taken care of. You will be able to reach her any day of the week by call or text. Her emails will be informational and concise, and if you are open with your goals and needs, she will be attentive and receptive. Tracy will do her best to mark all the boxes on your checklist for your perfect home.
