Boise Real Estate Broker, PJ started working as a Realtor in 2010 when he decided that he would like to use the high-end customer service that he had learned in the construction & construction management industry to do something else. Offering clients, a top notch, always answer your phone service was at the forefront of his business plan. Always wanting to grow and further his education, not to mention finding holes in the training experiences in the current real estate industry, PJ decided to expand and obtain his Real Estate Broker’s License. Within months this 5 year old 208 Real Estate Team turned into the 208 Real Estate Brokerage and in June of 2014 became open and available to clients and fellow Realtors that share the same business ethics towards a high level customer service, extensive attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships. He knew this could not only be managed in house but also trained to other agents in the industry through leading by example. After growing 208 Real Estate with his wife Shay to nearly 60 Realtor agents, offices in Boise and Twin Falls, and continually landing in the top 20 (by volume) brokerage in the entire IMLS, in 2020 He and Shay decided to sell their ownership in 208 and follow a different path, a ReDefined path! Looking to go back to those core values of the starting days and build a smaller, high producing, and family feel boutique style brokerage where every agents strives to get as much education and training as possible while focusing on a client before commission mentality. In June of 2020, the concept and development of ReDefined Real Estate had begun. Although always looking to grow PJ never allows anything to alter the foundation of his belief in business that everyone and every transaction deserves high level service. Which means going above and beyond should be the normal not the exceptional.
Real Estate and my company are a huge part of my life and so is being born and raised in Boise & Meridian area. I enjoy everything that this wonderful state has to offer. From camping trips with the family, fishing excursions with friends, archery hunting elk in the fall, white tail hunting up north, to a relaxing dinner at some of the best restaurants the Treasure Valley has to offer. I love riding four wheelers to Silver City, Prairie, and many other local destinations. The mountains are truly where I recharge my soul. Yet when I cannot get to the mountains, I love to check out new golf courses or play my favorites in the valley and practice my terrible golf game. I take my family on staycations at different hotels for short getaways. Not much beats sitting around on with family, friends, and neighbors enjoying the changing season that allows for changing entertainment.
