Growing up and to this day, watching baseball (Go Dodgers!) and Justin Turner. Kelli is the biggest fan of the game and of Justin for not only his talent but for giving back to his community as much as he does. Through his actions and while studying her favorite school subject, history, Kelli has learned one of her main lessons in life — you get more by giving more. This is something that she teaches through example while raising two well rounded and respectful boys, who happen to be her biggest accomplishment in life. This is evident when you look at her day to day of getting the boys ready and off to school to her heading into the office to take care of her clients while attending committee meetings in order to stay up-to-date on the market and community events. After school it’s off to the boys sports practices or games. Sometimes she even gets in some time to attend her own sports games or finish up some DIY projects. This might sound like a full plate; but her drive comes from the biggest influence in her life, Grandma Betty. Who to this day is the strongest woman she has ever known.
Kelli, Realtor Boise Idaho, wants to make sure she’s not just surrounding herself with people that believe in helping people reach their potential, she wants to be considered one of those people to others. Even when she might be feeling like her plate is really full, she is very aware that many people are going through a lot and doing a lot all without complaining. Kelli wants to make sure she honors those that are tenacious but making sure to participate and educate where she can to causes that are close to her heart such as; St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Toys for Tots.
Sometimes Kelli doesn’t feel like one, but if she was a superhuman her power would be to control time. We think as an agent, her diligence to watching and keeping on all the urgency timelines in her transactions comes very close to super-human. Kelli will tell you that her skill and dedication to keep track of timelines comes from her years as a party planner before starting her career in real estate. There’s a lot of terrified and confusing feelings people exhibit prior to and even the day before events. Kelli is right when she talks about the experience that helped her feel more confident in her ability to get into real estate. “It was not enough for me that I was doing the floral arrangements, but to be able to time all of the minor details to be able to get the major details completed was something I demanded of myself in order to ease the mind of the client that is ultimately stressing out about the unknown. It also helps you to be able to concentrate and remind everyone about the clients big goals and not just rush through the transaction” Kelli Rhyne.
That work ethic is exactly why her husband, Ken, knew real estate was the right career path and became her biggest cheerleader and supporter to get her license after they moved to Idaho. Ken was right! Kelli utilizes her own personal home buying experience in order to empathize with her clients and achieve an educational and optimistic transaction. Her sense of fulfilment comes from helping others. In real estate she is able to help someone deal with how nerve wrecking the process may be, not to mention become a part of the exciting journey with her clients. During her first transaction, it was an eye opening experience to see the payoff and a confirmation of becoming a Realtor. After that day, even though camping in Yosemite with the entire family is still on her mind, now she spends time researching the market and her niche of Extending 2nd Home Buyers has helped her come closer to completing one of her goals for this year; which is to start building long term relationships with people. Kelli is excited to share her experiences of attending concerts, floating the river, shopping local, or playing corn hole and board games. Who wouldn’t want to have a long lasting rapport with someone who has as much devotion to your goals as you all while also trying to make you laugh with her sense of humor and optimism? Everyone at Redefined sure appreciates it!
